I had A+ epicanthoplasty almost 15 years ago. I wanted an epicanthoplasty with no visible scar, so after researching on my own I felt like this was the place to go. I didn't like my double eyelid line style, so I only had the inner corner done, and the result was very satisfying. It was a method where they stitched the incision scar to the inner corner of the eye, so unless I pulled the inner corner of my eye, the scar didn't show, which was great for someone like me who scars easily. I recommend the inner corner surgery above all else! I still remember that during the consultation, they said my lacrimal caruncle color was light, so it would be okay to open it more.
