I liked the consultation with the director, and I got the impression that they prefer using costal cartilage. They made it easy to understand by marking the line with a cotton swab, so I could somewhat predict how I would look after surgery. There is pressure from the manager to book on the same day. They say that if you put down a deposit, 90% is refundable, and then they push for same-day booking.
