I really liked that there was no consultation fee. The staff explained things carefully and well. However, I said I wanted a natural-looking nose, but by my standards it was too obvious (I am very much the type who wants complete naturalness and only wants unattractive parts removed). The director drew pictures and suggested making the eyes natural and attractive with buried sutures, considering a future surgery. I also asked about filler, and they recommended trying it.
