I had a consultation with Dr. Jung Jae-yoon at Oaro Dermatology regarding acne-scar treatment. Since the doctor is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience and many related reviews, I had high expectations before visiting. I was interested in treatments such as Fraxel, Juvelook, and TCA CROSS, so I received a consultation and was given a treatment plan and cost estimate based on five sessions. However, after the consultation, there were also some personally disappointing aspects. Given the doctor's experience and the number of reviews, I expected a careful and accurate diagnosis of my skin condition and scar types, but even after listening to the explanation, I did not feel that the diagnosis was sufficiently clear. I also wish they had explained more specifically which treatments my skin needed and what effects I could expect from each treatment. In particular, the cost of five sessions including Fraxel, Juvelook, and TCA CROSS felt rather expensive. I have not undergone the treatments yet, but the amount quoted during the consultation felt burdensome.
