First of all, they took photos and explained things while showing them to me. They explained everything very professionally, and since there was no one around me, I searched the internet for reviews. There were some posts saying that the eyes were uneven or that one eye wouldn't open well, so I hesitated a lot here too, but the double eyelid shape was pretty.
