Maybe because the manager who answers the phone was busy, but the phone reservation process was quite rude. And they called earlier than the reservation time and said that if I came now, I could get the consultation sooner. It was lucky I was nearby, otherwise I would have thought the customer service was poor. But when I consulted with Dr. ㅅㅈㅁ, he explained everything directly with materials, and I really liked that because it was intuitive and easy to understand. He also explained well how much the nasal bridge should be raised for it to look natural or to look high, and it was good that he didn't just talk - he showed in photos how the incision would be made and how much the height would change.
