I had revision double eyelid surgery and inner, outer, and lower canthoplasty 2 years ago. I am about 60 to 70 percent satisfied with the double eyelids. A lot of people say it doesn't look like I had surgery. But the outer canthoplasty ended up being done in a D shape, so uneven and obvious that I just live with it because it's hard to reverse the outer canthoplasty..
