My memory may be a little inaccurate, so please read with that in mind. I had consultations for eye revision surgery and nose surgery with the chief director. The consultation fee is free if you subscribe to their YouTube channel and add their KakaoTalk channel, and after taking photos they consult with you while looking at the pictures. I guess they use informal speech if you're younger than the doctor. <Eye consultation> They said they use a technique they developed themselves called 'natural double eyelid,' but even after hearing the explanation I still didn't really understand it. What I understood was that they would do an incision but make the line with a non-incisional method. They said the goals of the surgery were to improve the eye-opening strength, get rid of the sausage-like swelling, and change the line too. The line wasn't uneven, but one eye was naturally positioned higher and its opening strength was weaker, so it looked uneven, and they said the eye-opening strength needed to be improved. I think that's the eye-correction procedure. I had only gone in knowing two methods: removing the existing line and 'double-line creation,' so when they mentioned a new surgical method, I was a bit stunned afterward. Thinking about it again, it seems more like the former. I have an in-out line now, and when I said I wanted to change it to a full inner double eyelid, they said my eye skin was thick so it would look too covered if they did that, so they used the existing line to make a new one. But then they said the surgery wouldn't be done along that line?? I was hoping they would tell me which line they would use, but they never explained that part to the end, which was disappointing. <Nose consultation> They really emphasized the importance of the nasal tip. Because I have a 'short nose' (a nose tip that looks pressed down), they said they would do septal extension surgery, and afterward the consultation manager said they would also do alar cartilage tying. For the nose tip they would use ear cartilage, and for the bridge either silicone or costal cartilage, but they said silicone would be better. I wanted to discuss the aesthetic shaping aspects, like the starting point of the bridge, the curve, and the bridge height, but it seemed like they thought the photos they showed had already explained that. Later, when I asked the consultation manager if they usually don't talk about those things, they said that part would be handled well by the director. When I later asked about whether there would be after-service and how long it would last if a problem occurred, they said if I was already worrying about problems, then plastic surgery probably wasn't for me. Eyes 1.7 million, nose 2.6 million, and they said if you do both at once, you get a 10% discount.
