After I got home from the consultation, I realized the doctor never told me how much they would open the inner corners, and I also never asked lol. They didn’t recommend unnecessary surgery, so that was good. I wasn’t planning to do it here, but when they explained the inner-corner surgery method, I was a bit tempted. They said that if I wanted less scarring, they’d use a method that leaves less scar than the old method that leaves a lot of scars. Before going, I looked it up, and there weren’t many people who had inner-corner surgery with this doctor, so I only found that out at the consultation. Please keep that in mind. Before the consultation, I had absolutely no intention of doing it here at all, I just went to get the consultation, but it was better than expected. I’m even thinking about just getting the surgery. No matter how the results turn out, I don’t think they’d take the patient’s outcome as if it happened to themselves, but anyway, compared to several hospitals near this one, the best thing was that they absolutely did not recommend unnecessary surgery at all. Hmm, in a way, is that better than a doctor who says there are no side effects and tells you to just trust them? Anyway, is it better than a doctor who changes after you pay and after you don’t? Maybe I’m just rationalizing because I want to do it here right now~ Likewise, the price is expensive compared to nearby hospitals, but compared to Seoul it’s not expensive at all. The consultation fee is 5,000 won, and I don’t think 5,000 won was a waste. I recommend getting a consultation here even if you don’t plan to do it here. The consultation is good~~~~~~ I think I might get the surgery here, but I heard that among people who had their first surgery in Daegu, many went to Seoul for a revision, so I don’t have high expectations that the first surgery will turn out well. I’m also roughly prepared for the possibility that it might loosen after about five years. Besides, weirdly enough, among the people around me who had double eyelid surgery in Daegu, none of them ended up completely ruined (a lot of them still look a bit sausage-like even after years, to the point that if they just looked natural it would be average at best), so I think I’ve already given up on expecting a very good natural result.
