I had surgery after waiting for 2 hours. I had the last surgery slot, and the director was kind, and the staff in anesthesiology were also very kind. But the other staff weren’t exactly rude, just not great. Even when I was leaving, I was waiting in the lobby to see if I could go, but no one was around so I had to look for them myself; for the deep-plane and double-chin liposuction, I’m satisfied. But maybe because I was the last slot, they didn’t properly explain the aftercare, so I asked again by text message. Then the director called me and explained it again!
