I had double eyelid revision surgery, and they designed it well to fit my eyes.. One side looked a little smaller, so I asked if it could be made bigger, but they said because my eye shapes are uneven, it had to be done this way and explained it while drawing the line.. For the revision, they did it with the pinning method, and even after several years it hasn't come undone and I'm living well with it
