I didn’t have surgery, so I don’t know, but the attitude of the consultation manager was extremely unpleasant. Even if it’s one of their sales tactics, after asking which hospital I had consulted at before, they went on and on with nothing but badmouthing, so it was hard to listen to. It seems they don’t realize that speaking badly about other hospitals doesn’t help the image of the hospital they work for at all.
