When I went just for a consultation, everyone was kind, and maybe because the director seemed so confident, I felt even more trust in him. I still haven't had surgery and only came for the consultation, but the staff and the managers were all kind, and the director even met with me personally and gave me a consultation and an estimate even though I hadn't decided on surgery yet, which I really appreciated.
