The doctor was extremely kind and explained things well. They seemed to know the area I was worried about even without me saying it. The consultation manager was also extremely kind. I trusted them and went ahead, and I hope the surgery goes well. The hospital facility is a bit disappointing because there isn't a separate changing room or washing room.
