I saw an event, got a consultation, and had surgery right away. The doctor was kind and the staff were mostly kind too. I went in a rush and didn’t think through my consultation questions properly, so I lost some points. The doctor took care of the missing parts on his own, and my forehead ended up dropping quite a bit more than I expected after surgery, but I’m over 90% satisfied.
