The person I assume was the consultation manager (the one who gave the estimate) seemed a bit off. For example, if surgery A is 1.6 million won and surgery B is 300,000 won, the correct total is 1.9 million won, but they would wrongly say 2 million won. And they subtly slipped in eye correction for a surgery I never even mentioned.
