Honestly, the director was kind and the surgery seemed fine, but I absolutely do not want to do it. Due to the clinic's circumstances, they changed the consultation schedule, and even though I clearly said I had another appointment later, there was far too much pointless waiting. The front desk staff had patients sitting in the waiting room, yet they all chatted, joked, laughed, and made noise loud enough for everyone to hear. I just don't understand that at all.
