I booked a consultation because they seemed to shape noses nicely and I thought they do a lot of revision surgery. When I went at the scheduled time, the wait wasn't very long, and the consultation went in this order: counseling manager - attending doctor - counseling manager. I consulted with the head director, and among all the consultations I've been to so far, he was the first director who consulted so kindly and in such detail. That gave me a lot of trust. The price was also reasonable since it used autologous costal cartilage, which I liked.
