I had tried to book through the app, but a few days before the consultation they suddenly said a patient issue had come up and changed my consultation time on their own, then said I couldn’t do it at any other time and stopped contacting me. I called again and set another date, and then a few days before that they contacted me again asking to change the time... I finally managed to change the time and go for the consultation. The doctor was kind and answered my questions well. He seemed to have his own style, and I was satisfied. In the end I didn’t decide because of the consultation manager, who didn’t really answer my questions and was brusque. I know you’re busy, but please manage your staff better..
