Even though I had a reservation, I waited for nearly an hour. They didn't explain the wait at all and just made me wait. When I finally went in, the consultation with the doctor was over in 5 minutes. I can understand the director standing behind him, but they held the consultation with the door open, so I could hear all the other patients. After the doctor's consultation, while talking about the price with the director, they said the price was only for booking that day, so I said I couldn't book today. When I asked them to tell me the regular price, they made up a ridiculous excuse and refused to tell me. Then they kept saying that if I just paid even 10,000 won, they would mark it in the system as scheduled for surgery, that they shouldn't do this but were doing it specially, and kept pushing me to reserve today, pressuring me so much that it made me feel bad. There was no professionalism at all in the consultation room about surgical methods, style, materials, and so on. They just kept pushing me to book. It felt like they were using me for their own gain, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Other clinics also recommend booking, but the director here was on another level. The doctor was average, and because of the staff, I don't want to go back to this clinic.
