About 3 years ago I went there for a double eyelid consultation, but I didn't get to see the doctor, only had a consultation with the manager and went home. It was probably because I had booked for the same day, so I don't think I got to the doctor's consultation. But the manager was very kind and thorough during the consultation, so much so that I wondered if this person was actually the doctor lol The thing they recommended then was eye correction + lateral canthoplasty, but I didn't want eye correction, so I just said I'd come back another time and left.. They also told me all the pricing details, like how much discount I would get if I provided before-and-after photos. Even when I left, they saw me off at the elevator, and I didn't know what to do with myself lol
