I had made a reservation a week in advance and went, but I waited about 40 to 50 minutes. When I showed them, they said it would definitely work without even trying to create a line on my eyes. And it felt like they were packing the surgery schedule too tightly, and they barely explained anything about my eyes. Still, the manager was kind.
