I had a consultation for facial liposuction. In my case, based on my weight, they said the amount of fat that could be removed from my face probably wasn't very much, and that it would likely only amount to refining the facial line. It helped me realize that my face looked fuller because of other factors like muscle rather than fat, and I liked that they didn't push excessive procedures and spoke very realistically.
