I was shocked by how good the hospital facilities were. Of all the hospitals I visited, this one felt the most like a luxury department store. The doctor was kind and the manager was kind too, but when it came to the surgery, they didn't pinpoint exactly what was needed; instead, if the patient asked about one thing, they'd say it would change like this, and if they asked about another, it'd change like that, so my trust in them dropped a bit.
