I had a partial incision, but one side loosened after 5 years. I’m very satisfied with the canthoplasty. I’m quite timid, and the local anesthesia was a little scary; honestly, I think sedation would have been better. It came out extremely natural, so the line became lower, which is disappointing, and it loosened. I regret not having it set a little higher. The canthoplasty left a scar, but you can’t really tell unless you look closely.
