Waited 5-10 minutes for the manager About 10 minutes for the director The manager was neither kind nor unkind, just average The director doesn’t really explain anything unless you ask first, and the manager was the same The consultation felt relatively short. They did tell me what wouldn’t be possible, and I liked that. The line they drew later on was better than the first one. The hospital wasn’t huge, but it felt neat and nice. I liked that the wait wasn’t very long.
