I had surgery there a while ago because it was where a friend had theirs too, so I foolishly went ahead and had surgery there.. Honestly, I prioritize a more dramatic look and naturalness comes second, so maybe because I said I wanted something glamorous, I had an L-shape put in, but now my columella has dropped a lot and I'm planning to have revision surgery.. Everyone inside the hospital was incredibly kind, and aftercare wasn't bad either. My friend did well and still hasn't needed revision surgery, so it seems like a place that didn't suit me It's case by case.. I hope everyone thinks carefully before having surgery.
