The doctor is thorough and kind, but I didn't get any sense that the consultation coordinator was kind or thorough at all. They just kept saying the doctor is a specialist in eyes and is very good at it, and were blunt.. And I visited on a weekday morning when there were no consultation patients, but the wait was still unbearably long, which was hard.
