The staff were unbelievably rude and they demand personal information like email no matter what. When I asked if I could leave it blank, they said then I would not be able to receive the procedure. It felt like they were doing that to identify my ID... It was absurd and very unpleasant. I only saw the director for the procedure, and there was no consultation. The effect of the procedure lasted less than a month, which was extremely short.
