I think Airjet is the number one cost-performance treatment with a strong temporary effect. From how it felt, the effect didn't even last two days... But it definitely caused almost no pain, and there was no bruising or swelling at all, so I could go on a date right after getting it. On the first day, it helped with the nasolabial folds and sagging cheeks, which was nice, but in the end I wouldn't recommend it because of how short-lived it is.
