If the hospital isn't busy, they're kind and do the procedure well. I don't know about others, but the main director definitely seems to have real skill. The staff aren't super nice, but generally they're on the kind side, Honestly, when it's busy, I did feel like they were a bit less meticulous, but there were no big problems and I was reasonably satisfied, so it's one of the hospitals I end up going back to once every few years.
