My calves tend to be a bit uneven, so I was looking into related procedures and went in out of curiosity. It turns out calves are also divided into types depending on their shape. Mine were muscular calves, and the surgery was meant to make the line smooth from the calves down to the ankles according to that type. It’s a little different from surgery, so it seemed like it could correct the leg line without scars, which was interesting. They explained that they selectively block the nerves going to the muscles used for exercise and use a safe machine, so there are no side effects. That’s what I came away hearing.
