They did tell me in advance that because my nose is wide, it might not be very effective, but in reality there was absolutely no effect. When my friend did it, the effect was quite good, and other people said her nose looked smaller; I could clearly see it had become smaller too, so I copied it, but for me there was no effect at all, to the point that no one noticed and even I couldn't notice it. The staff are hit or miss, but it seems like the proportion of unfriendly ones is a bit high. They said they would have me sign something and copy it to hand out, but they didn't give it to me and just sent me off. And I chose ice packs out of the anesthetic cream and ice pack options, but they did the procedure in less than a minute, so I wondered whether it even had any effect. The female doctor is kinder and more meticulous than the male doctor.
