For the first surgery, they said it would come out a little over 5 million won and I was shocked and left.. I was recommended donor rib cartilage and the consultation was really good.. They said they would use sliced donor rib cartilage, and if donor rib cartilage is used there would be an additional 1.2 million won, but I think they give a discount if you do multiple surgeries! I went because an acquaintance of an acquaintance said it turned out well, but I left shocked because it was so expensive
