I got a consultation regarding my eyes and nose. It was my first visit, and they took a CT scan to check as accurately as possible before proceeding with the consultation, and both the director and the staff were fairly kind. A plus was that they didn't say "do this" or "don't do that"; instead, they kept multiple possibilities open and told me to decide from the patient's point of view. At the same time, that also made me worry more, which was a bit disappointing.
