I went expecting a soft, gentle voice like the one in the YouTube videos, but the speaking speed was so fast that I was shocked. It felt completely opposite to the videos.. I liked that there was no overtreatment, but I did feel like they were trying to finish the consultation quickly. Maybe that’s why they were talking so fast I had prepared a list of questions, but they kept saying, “No more questions, right? We’re done, right?” so I just went, “Uh... yes,” and left. Because of that, I didn’t really get the feeling of, “I definitely want to do it here!” After the consultation, I got a lot of calls about deciding on the surgery, so that was a bit burdensome.
