The director wasn't very kind. They explained quickly, basically repeating what they had said on YouTube, and maybe because they were tired or busy, they looked incredibly annoyed The consultation coordinator was kind and didn't push anything, but there was something vaguely unsettling. I liked that they did a CT scan and showed a virtual surgery simulation.
