Maybe because it was peak season, there were really a lot of people. There wasn't even a place to sit... Including the waiting time and consultation time, it took almost 2 hours. While I was waiting, I saw someone come out after jaw surgery... I had gone for a consultation because of my nose surgery, but the manager was so unfriendly. Even if I try to understand that it was hard to deal with so many people, compared with other hospitals it was probably the worst. The coordinator at the front desk was kind. The one with the slightly nasal voice! The consultation with the director was okay.
