I waited about 2 hours for the director, and they said they were sorry for making me wait so long, which really touched me, and the manager seemed okay too. I didn't like the line, but I made a reservation anyway and left. Then I ended up having surgery at another hospital and went to get my deposit back to cancel, but they made me wait an hour saying I had to see the manager, and in the end I couldn't see the manager and the people sitting at the desk just refunded me. It really left me in a bad mood.
