The manager was extremely kind and has such a great personality. The director also apologized for making me wait even though I hadn't waited long, and during the whole consultation he was extremely professional and I could tell he had studied noses a lot. Showing me the CT images made me trust him even more because he accurately explained why my previous surgery had failed, which I had been curious about. I also liked that he firmly told me not to get greedy. He looked very confident too.
