I went after hearing they were unfriendly, and they tried their best to be kind. Still, not really. There weren’t many people, and I was bored throughout the consultation. I kept thinking I wanted to go home quickly. Their tone felt unprofessional and awkward... I went because they said there was an event, but they kept adding all kinds of premium charges ridiculous.
