I've known about it for a long time since it's near my house, and I visited because I was concerned about facial lifting and pigmentation. There are really a lot of people..! So it's a little chaotic when waiting, but the procedure rooms are all separated, so it wasn't that inconvenient. The director is thorough, and the staff are generally all kind.
