What's unusual here is that there doesn't seem to be a manager, so the director handled both the consultation and the fee consultation. They explained everything quickly on their own even without me asking. They also showed me all the before-and-after photos. But those before-and-after photos seemed really old, so I wished there were more recent before-and-after photos too.
