I had fat grafting excluding the forehead. From the beginning I asked them to make it very natural, and the director said that matched what he himself pursued, so he made it natural. The swelling wasn't much of a concern, and the result was natural and good. But that also means it goes away quickly. The price included a second session, so I planned to do the second one too, but I gave up because of the rule that it had to be done within 3 months. My skin is sensitive, so I wanted to leave at least about 6 months between sessions. Now a year is almost over, so I'm planning to go again. Even just the first session already made me no longer look like that skeleton-like face from before, so I'm satisfied.
