The doctor was kind and explained everything I asked. But the manager is really something else. A few days before the scheduled consultation date, the hospital called me, and I wondered why they were calling. I couldn't answer because I was busy then, and from the point where they texted, saying they would help cancel the reservation if I didn't reply, it already felt off. I've never had a hospital like that among the places I've consulted before, so I was taken aback. When I made the reservation, they had already set the date 1 to 2 weeks later than the date I originally wanted, so maybe they didn't want more clients. And on the day of the consultation, after seeing the director, I met the manager, and it was like the manager thought they were the hospital director. I don't know why they keep asking whether I'll have surgery, both on the phone and during the consultation, when I'm going around for consultations because I will have surgery. Maybe it's because I got the consultation during a discount event period, but they really made it obvious that they didn't want to take more surgery patients. Why make unnecessary trouble when they aren't the one doing the surgery?;
