The consultant's kindness is a mechanical kind of kindness. At the time, she was arguing with one customer. There's no need for staff to be especially kind, so that doesn't matter. I got the feeling the doctor was trying to look professional by measuring my eyes with a ruler. The consultation fee was 5,000 won. The surgery fee was reasonable by Gwangju standards.
