I really thought a lot about doing it in Gwangju if possible. It was revision eye surgery, and the price wasn't cheap either. The director was either safety-oriented or didn't have much experience, because for line size and improving asymmetrical eyes, they said that since it's revision surgery, we'd have to open it up to know. I wanted this to be my last surgery, so I was being careful, but they told me in advance about the side effects of eye correction, as if they didn't want to take responsibility if something went wrong. I couldn't get any information about my eyes before surgery, and I felt like if something went wrong here, aftercare wouldn't be good. Going to Seoul for the consultation was a whole new world... In the end, I had it done in Seoul. The price was the same even including the trip to Seoul.
