When you go for a consultation, the doctor first measures the horizontal length of your eyes with a ruler and talks to you. They also check whether you open your eyes using forehead muscles. They seem to speak honestly about the condition of your eyes too. They said my right eye could end up looking like a sausage... They also recommended against an inner canthoplasty because it might make the eyes look too close together. I trust them more because they only mentioned the surgeries that are actually needed.
