Doctor kindness: They explained in a gentle tone what was going on with my eyes, step by step / I didn’t know anything and was wondering what to even ask, but they checked various things first and then told me about them. Consultation expertise: As I said under kindness, they checked various things and gave me a consultation based on that... At least they didn’t speak in a difficult way, and from a layperson’s perspective I thought it was a sufficiently detailed consultation. Staff kindness: I think this was kind of friendly?
