There was little fat overall in my eyes, so they recommended buried sutures. I tend to prefer natural adhesion over buried sutures, so when I said I wanted natural adhesion, they said that was also possible and that I could choose it. The consultation was conducted while professionally measuring things like eye length and the distance between the eyes.
